Proudly Announcing: "Our welding and extruding process."

"I am not going to insult your intelligence, by trying to make you believe this is an extruded tank."
Bert Cooper
Vice President

The tank above was made in 1987. I am proud of the history we have in making tanks over the years. Hundreds, perhaps thousands of tanks have been fabricated in our factory. We always use inert gas to weld our tanks. To date we have never had a leak, a rupture, a failure. Why you might ask? We have always taken pride in producing a quality tank. Not just a tank, but perhaps one that my name will be put on. In the picture above is a tank I made. It is still in service!

Today I am as excited as I was when I first learned to fabricate plastic some 15 years ago. Today I can tell you we have integrated a newer manufacturing process that enables us to weld tanks that can hold thousands of gallons. Our modern factory incorporates an in-house machine shop, paint and fiberglass room, metal welding shop, and computer aided drafting.
We have 14,000 square feet of dedicated manufacturing space. And our plastic fabricating area utilizes about 3,000 square feet. With a staging area that is configured to hold equipment lines up to 70' long by 45' wide, I would say we are very well prepared.

We still believe in a quality tank, one that is properly built. Inert gas is a must when we weld. Our wall thickness can be up to 1". Proper steel reinforcement and
fiberglassing is done in house. That allows us to take full responsibility for your tank. Without sub-contractors we pass the savings
on to you. And our "NEW PROCESS" allows us to give you a strong custom built tank, with the integrity to let you sleep at night.
