David Cleinman, the former president of Mirro-Brite Corporation and Technical Director of C.C. Tech, Inc. is now available to help you as a consultant. His services will be available at affordable rates for one day, one week, or as long as needed.

David has spent a lifetime in the manufacturing and metal finishing industries. He's an authority on decorative as well as industrial plating. He has developed and built waste treatment and metal recovery equipment that is considered to be "State of the Art", with the greatest payback.

His invention of the "Dragout / Rinse / Reclaimers in 1984 eliminated the need for massive "end of the pipe" treatment, saving metal finishers hundreds of thousands of dollars. These units are utilized in hundreds of plating shops worldwide, meeting the toughest discharge limits of the EPA and local sewer authorities throughout the United States.

He has written, and lectured extensively on manufacturing techniques, metal finishing, precious metal recovery and waste treatment.

Since the advent of the EPA, he has advised and worked with water and sewer authorities all over the United States in bringing both industrial and decorative platers and manufacturers into complience.

He has been a hands-on manufacturer of jewelry and toys. He was president of one of the largest jewelry firms in the United States. "Barron's Weekly" in an article on November 12th, 1962 rated his company as the third largest producer of costume jewelry in the United States. The company with 600 hundred employees and three plants produced jewelry, ladies accessories, as well as a toy line that included under license, assessories for the "Barbie Doll." The three manufacturing plants were considered to be among the most automated, and complete manufacturing facilities in the industry.

The company made many of its automated machines and equipment for metal finishing such as the first vibratory machines used for the fine finishing of jewelry. Additionally automated special finishing equipment and chemicals were developed. The Mirro-Brite Coating process was developed at Cleinman and Sons, to replace lacquers, and was used for many years on millions of pieces of jewelry.

David has served as a Director of the Manufacturing Jewelers and Silversmiths of America, and was a founder and chairman of its Convention & Exposition Committee. He was a founding member of the former Jewelry Institute. He assisted in establishing the American Jewelry Manufacturer Magazine.

In 1974 he established Coating Specialties Co., a chemical and equipment manufacturing company, which later became part of the Mirro-Brite Corporation. Mirro-Brite Corporation developed and manufactured finishing, metal recovery and waste treatment equipment that can be found in shops all over the world. Mirro-Brite Corporation was sold to C.C. Tech, Inc. and C.C. Tech, Inc. continued to manufacture the equipment.

He has developed plating and cleaning lines that increase production. His Decanter / Filters are found in thousands of jewelry shops all over the world, preventing the discharge of precious metals from going down the drain.
